If you're in Auckland you can purchase Tiles, Wood, Bamboo, Laminate & Stone from our retail showroom at 228 Orakei Rd, Remuera.  All other products or other parts of the country may purchase from our network of dealers, please click here to find the one nearest you.

Our Auckland showroom is open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and on Saturday 9am to 4pm.

We aim to have products available at all price levels - from our top quality, European made flooring through to budget priced options.  Periodically throughout the year we also have clearance sales, both through our own showroom and through our dealers - these sales offer the very best deals, but run for a limited time only.

All Jacobsen products are covered by warranty for a minimum of 5 years from date of installation.  Please view each product category for more details.

No, as we import from a large number of different factories world-wide, we have an enormous range of product available on special order.  Most of these items are available within 6-14 weeks (depending on where they come from).  Please visit our showroom, or contact an expert to outline your requirements and we'll do our best to find the product to suit.

We import products direct from flooring factories around the world.  All of our commercial and residential vinyl, linoleum and laminate are manufactured by Tarkett in Sweden or France.  Our commercial and residential carpets are manufactured in Dubai, USA, Australia and Indonesia.  Jacobsen wood flooring is made in Malaysia.  Nora and Regupol rubber flooring are manufactured in Germany, as is Moeding cladding.  Almost all of our tiles are manufactured in Italy or Spain, complemented by a small range from China.  Tredsafe stair-nosing and detail trims are made right here in New Zealand.
